Please note the following terms and conditions to help us assure your satisfaction. Please print our Order Form, complete all pertinent information, and mail (by post) or fax (for credit card only) your order for prompt attention. While we are considering various e-commerce options, at present we are not processing credit card orders directly over the internet. It is our belief and hope that your interest in our products will stand the test to endure a more old fashioned approach. You may also request catalog information to be mailed to you for more in-depth consideration and response at your leisure. Payment Payment is accepted by personal check (US bank only) or money order in US funds, or by charge on your VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, or DISCOVER/NOVUS account. Include your credit card number, expiration date and signature. Orders paid by personal check will be held for check clearance. Credit card charges require your name, street address and zip code exactly the same as they appear on your account statement for processing (a separate ship to address can still be requested for receiving your order). If for any reason an item does not live up to your expectations, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days for an immediate refund, credit, or exchange.
